Odoo helps you to de stress and manage time efficiently by helping you segregate and prioritize tasks that are urgent and those that are important. In Odoo, urgency is given by the Deadline of the task, and importance by the Priority.
You can determine the context of your tasks based on the work environment (Office, Travel, Home etc.) and complete the tasks in the time interval specified by a timebox. Identify your tasks, classify them periodically assigning them a context and text box, view the tasks contained in your current weeks timebox that you would want to deal today, select the tasks most important in terms of urgency and importance (these appear at the top of your timebox), Carry out or delegate the tasks, at the end of the day empty your timebox and return unfinished tasks to the weeks timebox. Repeat the process for each week and each month.
